| G4S Technology Software Solutions Support Level descriptions and detail is listed below.

The following rules apply to all G4S Technology Software Solutions Support Agreements (TSA):
- All OneFacility Customers must have a Minimum TSA.
- Software support includes G4S Technology Software Solutions and third-party software.
- Any service required and/or requested by clients that is not covered by a TSA will be billed on a T&M basis.
- Hardware support includes only hardware installed by G4S Technology Software Solutions or specifically taken over through a TSA.
- Cabling is not included in any TSA, even if G4S Technology Software Solutions provided it in the original installation.
- Expenses are NOT included in any TSA. Expenses include: lifts / truck / machinery rentals.
The following are G4S Technology Software Solutions T&M Rates for Customer based in the USA:
- Business hours (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm) $125 / hour with 2 hour minimum
- Monday to Friday after hours $188 / hour with 2 hour minimum
- Weekend and Holidays daytime hours 8am – 5pm $188 / hour with 2 hour minimum
- Weekend and Holiday after hours $250 / hour with 4 hour minimum
