The G4S project management and installation teams are comprised of industry trained security professionals empowered and supported to get the job done right.

With both project and program management experience, the G4S Project Management team possess years of knowledge and experience achieved from delivering high quality, value add solutions ranging from the most basic to the most complex, highly integrated and regionally diverse systems.

Successful project management is achieved by the application and integration of key project management processes. G4S engage our project management and installation teams early in the delivery process for each project so they can actively contribute and work to establish the most effective deployment strategy and schedule.

Throughout the deployment effort, the G4S project management and installation teams are supported by internal departments and senior management staff until the solution, the functionality, the quality and the value our clients expect and deserve is in place.

Each G4S installation is thoroughly planned, carefully coordinated and meticulously managed from the time the order has been received, right through until it is commissioned and handed over to the client. The project is then turned over to our customer services organization where each client will continue to receive unparalleled level of ongoing support.
